Technical Principle

This revolutionary product is crafted with a unique molecular structure, incorporating active groups such as ester and amide groups. This structure enhances its effectiveness as a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, providing remarkable slump retention properties. In the naturally alkaline environment of concrete, ester groups undergo gradual hydrolysis into carboxylic acid groups, which then adsorb onto cement particles, delivering a sustained slow-release protective effect against slump loss.

Within the alkaline milieu of concrete, this product's reactive molecular groups gradually unleash dispersing properties, continuously facilitating cement dispersion. Application

How To Use

1. Recommended dosage ranges from 0.6% to 1.2% of the total cementitious materials. Optimal dosage should be experimentally determined based on specific engineering materials and characteristics. Suitable for use alone or in combination with high water-reducing polycarboxylic acid agents.

2. The product can also be used in combination with water-reducing mother liquor and set retarding mother liquor to mitigate slump loss in concrete. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional aids to create admixtures with retarding, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functionalities. Application methods should be determined via testing and compounding technology.

3. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, retarders, etc. Testing prior to use is advised. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.

4. When using active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious material content.

Packing & Delivery
