How to use

1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Usage: Typically mix 0-30% of the mother liquor with water-reducing agents. The optimal dosage is 1% to 3% of total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to usage, or when switching cement and gravel types, conduct adaptability tests to determine appropriate water-reducing agent proportions.
3. While BT-303 can be used alone, it performs best when combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors. It can also be compounded with functional aids for enhanced retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping functionalities. Testing and compounding technology should guide its application.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Testing is essential before use; avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. To craft the ultimate concrete blend, conduct thorough testing to determine the precise cement and mix ratio. Once ready to use, ensure that both the mixed and measured water are added concurrently into the concrete mixer. It's crucial to perform a mixing test beforehand to guarantee top-notch concrete quality.
6. In scenarios where your concrete mix includes active admixtures like fly ash and slag, it's essential to calculate the quantity of the water-reducing agent based on the total volume of all cementing materials. This ensures optimal performance and consistency in your construction projects.
