1. This product presents as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage involves incorporating 5%-30% of the mother liquor with smaller materials to create a potent water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage typically constitutes 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to implementation or when altering the cement and gravel type and batch, it is crucial to conduct an adaptability test with these materials. Based on test results, formulate the precise proportion of the water-reducing agent.
3. This product can function independently or in conjunction with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional auxiliaries to develop admixtures with properties like retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping functions. Application methods and conditions should be determined through testing and compounding techniques.
4. This product can be synergized with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders, with prerequisite testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be ascertained through testing. When in use, add mixed and measured water simultaneously to the concrete mixer. A mixing test should be performed beforehand to ensure concrete quality.
6. In scenarios with active admixtures like fly ash and slag in the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent amount relative to the total cementitious materials.
