Recommended dosage: Typically, integrate 0-20% of the mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, alongside other supplementary materials, to craft a water-reducing agent. Generally, use 1% to 3% of the total cementitious material weight.
2. Conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel prior to use or when altering cement and gravel types/batches. Formulate water-reducing agent ratios based on test outcomes.
3. While single usage is possible, it's optimized when combined with water-reducing mother liquor and set retarding mother liquor for enhanced slump loss reduction. Further, compound with functional additives to achieve admixtures with retarding, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Determine application methods through rigorous testing and compounding technologies.
4. Compatible with admixtures such as early-strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Conduct tests before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
