JS -103 Polycarboxylate superplasticizer 50% (High Range Water reducing type) is a new generation of high performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was prepared from methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer by free radical polymerization, it is containing 50% solid content. It has a higher water reduction rate and a certain slump protection function, to ensure the excellent working performance of concrete, higher strength and excellent durability, mainly used for export, transport distance is relatively long mother liquor customers.

Efficient High Range Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for Building Projects

1. Suitable for the early strength concrete, retarded concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, flow concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high-performance concrete and faced concrete, all kinds of industrial and civil buildings in the mix and cast-in-place concrete, especially for low-grade commercial concrete.

2. It can be widely used in high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower projects, subways, large Bridges, high expressways, harbors and wharves and other national large and key projects.

3. Applicable to all kinds of industrial and civil construction and commercial concrete mixing station.
 

HOW TO USE

  1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, offering ease of implementation. Recommended Dosage as follows: typically , 5%-30% of the mother liquor is utilized in mixing with smaller materials to craft a potent water-reducing agent.The water-reducing agent is typically used at 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials to ensure optimal results..
  2. Prior to using this product or changing cement and gravel types or batches, an adaptability test is essential to determine the optimal proportion of water-reducing agent based on test outcomes..
  3. JS-103 can be used on its own or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss, requiring adjusted amounts for maximum effect compared to JS-101B. Alternatively, mix with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Ensure application methods and conditions are defined through testing and compounding technologies.
  4. When used with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, or retarders, thorough testing is required. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
  5. Concrete Determine cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, add or incorporate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously. Pre-use mixing tests are crucial to guarantee concrete quality.
  6. For concretes with active admixtures like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent as part of the total cementitious material amount.

Storage: This product is weakly acidic and will corrode iron containers and affect product performance. Please use plastic containers for storage. Store in a ventilated place, away from sunlight and moisture. Please take antifreeze measures in winter.
