3. Ideal for a wide array of industrial and civil construction projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations.
1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended dosage is comprehensive: typically, 5%-30% of mother liquor is blended with other small ingredients to create a water-reducing agent, with the dosage amounting to 1% ~ 3% of the total cementitious materials' weight.
2. Prior to utilizing this product or changing cement and gravel types or batches, it is crucial to conduct an adaptability test with cement and gravel to determine the optimal proportion of the water-reducing agent.
3. Utilize this product independently or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. In comparison to JS-101B, the slow-release mother liquor usage amount requires reduction; or combine it with functional auxiliaries to formulate admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be confirmed through rigorous testing and compounding technology.
4. This product can be synergistically used with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, etc., with mandatory testing prior to use. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Cement and mix ratios should be determined through testing. During usage, the measured water should be mixed simultaneously with concrete in the mixer. Pre-usage mixing tests are essential to uphold concrete quality.
6. When active admixtures like fly ash and slag are part of the concrete ratio, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious materials.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse with temperatures between 2-35ºC, ensuring the packaging remains intact and unopened. The shelf life extends to one year. Keep away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
