BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
High Slump Retention - Solid Content 50%
Product Introduction
BT-302 heralds a new era in concrete technology with its advanced fast-releasing and slump-retaining mother liquor crafted from TPEG through cutting-edge free radical polymerization. An innovative sustained-release group is seamlessly integrated into the synthesis. Within the alkaline environment of concrete, this product's slow-releasing group gradually liberates its dispersive function. This enhances the ability to continuously disperse cement, effectively inhibiting concrete slump loss.It boasts a modest water reduction rate, while delivering exceptional performance in maintaining slump..Usually paired with water-reducing mother liquor, this product excels in high-strength concrete applications demanding superior slump protection. It is extensively utilized in pumping concrete, super-flow, self-compacting, high-strength, high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete for prestigious projects like high-speed railways, expressways, and hydro-power facilities.
Main Features
*This slow-release mother liquor surpasses traditional PCE mother liquors in release speed.
Typically, the release occurs after 30 minutes (variable according to material characteristics).
*Boasting exceptional slump retention, it ensures no slump loss for up to 2 hours.
*The low water reduction rate means it's generally used in conjunction with water-reducing mother liquor.
*Low viscosity and thixotropy make it ideal for concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

Applications
1. Ideal for early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete, including industrial and civil premix cast-in-place concrete, notably low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Perfect for high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy, hydro-power projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, as well as other national large-scale and pivotal projects.
3. Suitable for diverse industrial and civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.
How to Use
1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, use 0-30% mother liquor along with water-reducing mother liquor. Mix in other minor materials to create a water-reducing agent. The agent dosage generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementing materials.
2.Prior to using this product or switching the type and batch of cement and gravel, conduct an adaptability test. This will guide the formulation of the water-reducing agent's proportion.
3.Though typically not used alone, this product can be combined with water-reducing mother liquor to enhance its effectiveness. set retarding mother liquor to significantly reduce concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be combined with functional aids to create powerful admixtures endowed with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. The precise application method and conditions should be ascertained through rigorous testing and cutting-edge compounding technology.
4.This product is versatile and can be synergistically used with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, retarders, etc. Prior testing is essential before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers to ensure optimal results.
5.Concrete cement and mix ratio must be precisely determined through testing. When applying, ensure that mixed and measured water is added concurrently with the concrete in the mixer. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to guarantee premium quality of the concretee
6.For concrete mixes containing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent as part of the total cementing materials to maintain consistency.
