1. This product presents as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended dosage involves blending 0-20% mother liquor with a water-reducing mother liquor, supplementing with other minor ingredients to craft the ideal water-reducing agent. Typically, the dosage ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials for optimal results.
2. Prior to deployment, assess compatibility with cement and gravel via an adaptability test. Use this analysis to refine the water reducing agent's formula for impeccable synergy and efficiency.
3. While primarily used in combination, BT-301 can stand alone for specific applications. Alternatively, enhance it with water-reducing and retarding mother liquors, or blend with functional aids to achieve admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functions. Tailor the application method through rigorous testing and compounding techniques.
4. BT-301 harmonizes with a suite of other admixtures, such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Prior testing ensures compatibility, although it should never be mixed with naphthalene series water reducers.
