1. Perfect for diverse concrete types, including early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. It serves various industrial and civil constructions, particularly low-grade commercial concrete.

2. Extensively applicable across national and key infrastructure projects like high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy and hydropower, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves.

3. Suited for all industrial and civil construction sites and commercial concrete mixing stations.

How To Use

 
 

1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended usage involves 10%-40% of mother liquor to mix with other materials for water reduction. Standard dosage is 1% ~ 3% of total cementitious material weight.

2. Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel when using or altering types and batches, to determine the appropriate water-reducing agent ratio.

3. Use solo or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss-less slow-release is required compared to JS-101B. Can also mix with functional auxiliaries for retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping traits. Testing and compounding technology will dictate usage.

4. Compatible with admixtures like early strength, air entraining, and retarders, testing is advised before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.

5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios via tests. Add mixed and measured water to the mixer simultaneously. Conduct mixing tests to ensure quality.

6. Calculate water-reducing agent quantity based on the total cementitious materials when active admixtures like fly ash or slag are included.

Package: Available in 220kgs/drum, 24.5 tons/Flexitank, 1000kg/IBC, or custom requests.

Storage: Ensure the integrity and longevity of JS-104 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer by Gaoqiang by storing it in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse within a temperature range of 2-35ºC. The product remains in prime condition when the packaging is intact and unopened, offering a shelf life of one year. To maintain its efficacy, protect it from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
