1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended usage ranges typically from 5%-30% of the mother liquor when crafting a water-reducing agent, with standard applications using 1%~3% of the total weight of cementitious materials for optimal results.
2. Conduct thorough adaptability tests before use or changing cement and gravel types or batches. Use test outcomes to precisely formulate the water-reducing agent concentration for best performance.
3. Utilize this product as a standalone solution or in combination with a slow-release mother liquor to effectively counteract concrete slump loss. It can be combined with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures offering retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Ensure application methods are validated through rigorous testing and appropriate compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with a wide range of admixtures, including early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders. Important: Do not mix with naphthalene series water reducers. Testing prior to usage is strongly recommended.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through detailed testing. During application, concurrently add the precise amount of water to the concrete mixer. Conduct preliminary mixing tests to guarantee superior concrete quality.
