Usage Instructions
- This premium product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended Dosage as follows: typically , 5%-30% of the mother liquor should blend with other components to create a water-reducing agent..Generally, the water-reducing agent dosage is 1% ~ 3% of the total cementitious material weight..
- Prior to using this product or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests. Use the results to establish the precise water-reducing agent formula..
- JS-103 can be independently utilized or combined with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. When used with JS-101B, adjust slow-release liquor quantities. Alternatively, compound with functional auxiliaries to create retarders, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping admixtures. Select application methods based on testing and compounding technology.
- Compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, retarders, etc. Testing prior to use is advised. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete Cement and mix ratios should be determined through testing. When in use, incorporate measured water along with the mix or add to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct mixing tests to confirm concrete quality.
- For concrete formulations with active additives like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material volume.

Package: Our Gaoqiang Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is available in versatile packaging options to meet your needs: 220kgs per drum, 24.5 tons per Flexitank, or 1000kg per IBC. Customized packaging solutions are also available upon request to ensure optimal convenience and efficiency in handling.
Storage: To preserve the premium quality of our product, store it in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse maintaining a temperature range of 2-35ºC. Keep the packaging intact and unsealed for a shelf life of up to one year. Ensure protection from direct sunlight and avoid freezing conditions to maintain its superior efficacy.
