BT-302 is a revolutionary fast-releasing, slump-retaining superplasticizer mother liquor developed from TPEG through advanced free radical polymerization techniques. This state-of-the-art product features a novel sustained-release group integrated into its synthesis, ensuring groundbreaking performance. Within the alkaline environment of concrete, BT-302's unique slow-releasing group within its molecular structure gradually releases a dispersive function group, ensuring optimal cement dispersion. This innovation effectively curtails concrete slump loss like no other. While possessing a low water reduction rate, its unmatched slump retention capabilities are unparalleled. BT-302 is typically paired with water-reducing mother liquors such as JS-101B and JS-101A for best results. It excels in high-strength concrete applications where exceptional slump protection is essential, making it a prime choice for a range of monumental engineering feats, including pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, high-strength high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete used in high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other awe-inspiring engineering projects.
2. Benefit from extraordinary slump performance, allowing concrete to sustain its slump for an impressive two hours without any reduction.
3. Despite a low water reduction rate, its effective combination with water-reduction-type mother liquor yields outstanding results.
4. With its low viscosity and exceptional thixotropy, BT-302 is perfectly tailored for use in concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 is extensively utilized in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, solidifying its role as an indispensable component for significant national large-scale and critical projects.
3. From industrial and civil construction projects to commercial concrete mixing stations, BT-302's adaptability and versatility are truly limitless.
1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, BT-302 is usually used in a concentration of 0-20% with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, it can be blended with other minor materials to create an effective water-reducing agent. The dose of the water-reducing agent generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before utilizing BT-302, or changing the type and batch of cement and gravel, it's crucial to conduct adaptability testing with specific cement and gravel. Based on these test results, establish an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can be used alone, it is generally advised to combine it with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional aids to develop admixtures that offer retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be dictated by testing and compounding technology.
4. BT-302 can be harmoniously paired with other admixtures, such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing before use, and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Define concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During application, introduce the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, following mixing tests to ensure superior concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
