HOW TO USE
- This versatile product is available in a colorless or light yellow liquid form. recommended dosage as follows: typically , 5%-30% of the mother liquor is blended with other minor materials to formulate a superior water-reducing agent..The standard dosage for the water-reducing agent ranges from 1% to 3% based on the total weight of cementitious compositions..
- Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel before use or altering material batches. Based on test results, adjust the proportion of the water-reducing agent accordingly..
- Utilize the product independently or alongside slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, reduce slow-release mother liquor usage). Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Application methods should be verified through stringent testing and compounding techniques.
- This product can be seamlessly integrated with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entrainingagents, retarders, etc. Prior testing is essential. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete cement and mix ratios must be established through testing. During application, ensure simultaneous addition of mixing water and concrete mixer input. Conduct mixing tests beforehand to guarantee superior concrete quality.
- For concrete compositions involving active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious material volume.

Storage Guidelines: Ensure the longevity and effectiveness of our product by storing it in a ventilated dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC.
