It is the ideal solution for challenging environments, such as those with inferior materials or high summer temperatures. Compared to other polycarboxylic acid mother liquors on the market, JS-104 slashes slump protection agent consumption by 20%-40%. JS-104 is primarily designed for high-strength concrete applications, including high-speed railways, hydropower projects, and other monumental engineering initiatives. It's perfect for super fluid self-compacting, high-strength, high-performance, and commercial concrete.

Application

 
1. Ideal for various types of concrete: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. Perfect for industrial and civil structures, especially for low-grade commercial concrete.

2. Extensively applicable in high-speed railways, nuclear power facilities, water conservancy, hydropower projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and other national large-scale, key infrastructure projects.

3. Suitable for all industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.

How To Use

 
 

1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage: typically, 10%-40% of the mother liquor mixes with other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent is generally used at 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.

2. Conduct an adaptability test with cement and gravel before using or changing cement/gravel types and batches. Use the test results to determine the water-reducing agent proportion.

3. This product can be utilized solo or with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, a reduced amount of slow-release mother liquor is needed); or combine with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping functions. Determine application method and conditions through testing and compounding technology.

4. Can be used alongside other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, or retarders, provided a prior test is conducted. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.

5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be confirmed by testing. Add mixed and measured water simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to ensure concrete quality.

6. Calculate the water-reducing agent amount based on the total cementitious materials when active admixtures like fly ash or slag are present in the concrete ratio.
