Application
1. Perfectly suited for a wide range of concrete types: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. It's optimal for both industrial and civil buildings, especially low-grade commercial concrete applications.
2. Extensively applicable in landmark projects: high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservation, hydropower, subways, large bridges, expressways, ports, and strategic national projects.

HOW TO USE
- This product is presented as a clear or subtle yellow liquid. Recommended Dosage as follows: typically , 5%-30% of the mother liquor is combined with other minor components to create a water-reducing agent.The water-reducing agent generally comprises 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials..
- Before employing this product or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, an adaptability test with cement and gravel is imperative. Based on the results, adjust the water-reducing agent ratio accordingly..
- Employ this product solo or alongside slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, the slow-release mother liquor quantity should be reduced). Alternatively, blend with functional additives to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functionalities. Application methods and conditions should be determined through rigorous testing and compounding technology.
- This product is compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, etc., and should be thoroughly tested before application. It is advisable not to mix with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete The cement and mix ratio must be validated through testing. During application, ensure mixed and measured water is added concurrently to the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test in advance to guarantee concrete quality.
- For concrete mixtures containing active additives like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount based on the total cementitious materials.
Packing & Delivery
Packaging Options: We offer diverse packaging solutions to meet your needs, including 220kg drums, Flexitanks with a capacity of 24.5 tons, and 1000kg IBCs. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
Storage Instructions: For optimal quality, store in a ventilated, dry warehouse with temperatures between 2-35ºC. Keep packaging intact and sealed for a shelf life of one year. Protect the product from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
