Application

 

1. Perfectly suited for early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete. Ideal for both industrial and civil projects, particularly low-grade commercial concrete applications.

2. Extensively applicable in large infrastructure projects, including high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy and hydro-power, subways, grand bridges, highways, harbors, and docks.

3. A versatile solution for various industrial and civil construction settings, including commercial concrete mixing stations.

 

How to use

 
 

1. This product is a transparent to light yellow liquid. Dosage: Mix 0-20% mother liquor with water-reducing agents and blend with minor ingredients. Typically, use 1% to 3% of the total cementitious material weight.

2. Prior to use or when switching cement or gravel types, conduct a compatibility test. Adjust water-reducing proportions based on test results for optimal performance.

3. While typically not used alone, this product can work solo or synergize with water-reducing and set-retarding liquors to minimize slump loss. Customize with functional additives for retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functionalities. Testing determines the best usage strategy.

4. Compatible with various admixtures such as early strength, air entrainment, and retarder agents. Prior testing is advised, and avoid combining with naphthalene-based water reducers.

5. Cement type and mix ratio should be carefully tested. Add during mixing or with water, ensuring thorough integration. Conduct mixing trials to maintain concrete quality.

6. For concrete mixes with fly ash or slag, calculate water-reducing agent based on total cementitious content.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging options include 220kgs per drum, 24.5 tons per Flexitank, and 1000kg per IBC, with customization available.

Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse at 2-35ºC, with packaging intact to preserve a one-year shelf life. Protect from sunlight and freezing conditions.
