1. BT-301 is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, include 0-20% mother liquor with the reducing water mother liquor, combining with other elements to create a water-reducing agent. The recommended dosage is generally 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel prior to using BT-301 or altering cement and gravel types/batches. Adjust water-reducing agent proportions based on test findings.
3. While BT-301 can be used alone (though rarely), it is optimal when combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to mitigate concrete slump loss. Mix with functional additives to create admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods should be tested and optimized through compounding technology.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Conduct thorough testing before use and avoid mixing with naphthalene-based water reducers.
