3. Versatile for use in all industrial and civil construction settings, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations.
1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage involves using 5%-30% of the mother liquor mixed with complementary materials to create a water-reducing agent. The typical dosage of the agent is 1% to 3% of the cementitious material's total weight.
2. Prior to application or when changing cement types and batches, conducting an adaptability test with cement and gravel is essential to determine the optimal water-reducing agent proportion.
3. This versatile product can be used on its own or in conjunction with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be combined with functional auxiliaries to produce admixtures with added retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. The precise application should be guided by testing and compounding methodologies.
4. Compatible with various admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Conduct testing before usage and avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cementing and mix ratios need to be established via testing. During use, ensure that mixed and pre-measured water are added simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests beforehand to assure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures such as fly ash and slag in the concrete ratio, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious materials.
Storage: Preserve in a ventilated, dry warehouse within a 2-35ºC range with intact packaging. The shelf life is one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
