Application
1. Ideal for a diverse array of concrete applications: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. Suited for both industrial and civil structures, particularly beneficial for low-grade commercial concrete.

4. Ideal for branch factories requiring long-distance material transportation.
HOW TO USE
- This innovative product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended Dosage Typically, 5%-30% of the mother liquor should be blended with other materials to create an effective water-reducing agent.The water-reducing agent dosage typically constitutes 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
- Before using this product or altering the type and batch of cement or gravel, conduct an adaptability test. This will help determine the right proportion of water-reducing agent based on the test outcomes.
- JS-103 can be used individually or combined with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, the slow-release mother liquor usage needs reduction). Alternatively, mix it with functional auxiliaries to achieve admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functionalities. Always determine the application method and conditions through rigorous testing and compounding techniques.
- JS-103 is also compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, etc. However, prior testing is advised. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-based water reducers.
- For Concrete Use Determine the cement and mix ratio via testing. Ensure the water, once measured, is added simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test before application to verify concrete quality.
- When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious material volume.

Packaging Options: Choose from 220 kgs per drum, a convenient 24.5 tons in a Flexitank, or opt for 1000 kg in an IBC. Custom packaging is available upon your request, ensuring your preferences and needs are met with precision.
Storage Recommendations: Ensure the longevity of our product by storing it in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, maintaining a temperature range of 2-35ºC. With packaging intact and unopened, our product boasts a shelf life of one year. Please avoid direct sunlight and protect from freezing conditions for optimal preservation.
