1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage: Mix 10%-40% of mother liquor with minor materials for water-reducing agents. Typically use 1% ~ 3% of the total cementitious material's weight.
2. Conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel before application or if type and batch change occurs to determine the optimal water-reducing agent ratio.
3. Suitable for solo use or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to decrease slump loss (reduce slow-release amount compared to JS-101B); blend with functional auxiliaries for retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping admixtures. Application methods should be confirmed through testing.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders; ensure compatibility through testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-series reducers.
5. Cement and mix ratios should be tested and confirmed. During application, mix with water or add simultaneously to the mixer. Ensure quality by conducting a mixing test beforehand.
6. For active admixture-containing concretes like those with fly ash or slag, calculate water-reducing agent based on total cementitious material.
