1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. For optimal results, use 0-20% of the mother liquor in conjunction with a water-reducing mother liquor. Combine with additional small materials to innovate a water-reducing agent, where the dosage generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to deploying BT-302 or undertaking changes in the type and batch of cement and gravel, conducting adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel is imperative. The test outcomes should guide the formulation of an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. Although BT-302 can stand alone, it is often advised to combine it seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to mitigate concrete slump loss effectively. Alternatively, pair it with functional aids to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities, governed by testing and compounding technology for method and condition application.
