BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
High Slump Retention Solid at 50% Concentration
Product Introduction
BT-302 is an innovative, fast-releasing, and slump-retaining mother liquor crafted from TPEG via free radical polymerization. A novel sustained-release group enhances the synthesis, ensuring breakthrough performance. In the alkaline environment of concrete, the slow-releasing group within the molecular structure gradually liberates a dispersive function group, continuously dispersing cement. This ensures effective inhibition of concrete slump loss, providing exceptional durability. It boasts a low water reduction rate, yet delivers remarkable slump protection quality. Its versatility is unmatched.Typically utilized alongside water-reducing mother liquor, it is ideal for high-strength concrete demanding superior slump protection. Perfect for applications in pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting, high-strength, and high-performance concrete, it shines in commercial concrete used in high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power, and other significant engineering endeavors.
Main Features
*The slow-release mother liquor outpaces traditional PCE mother liquor.
Typically, release commences after 30 minutes (customizable per material variations).
*Exhibits extraordinary slump performance, maintaining concrete slump for 2 hours without loss.
*While its low water-reducing rate suggests combined use with water-reducing mother liquor, it ensures optimal outcomes.
*Low viscosity and thixotropy render it perfect for concrete with low water-cement ratios.

Applications
1. Suitable for a wide array of concrete configurations: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete. It caters to all forms of industrial and civil buildings, particularly low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Highly adaptable for high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy, hydro-power projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, wharves, and other major national projects.
3. Perfectly applicable for various industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.
How to Use
1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, employ 0-30% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, combining with other minor materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The agent's dosage is generally 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials, ensuring precision.
2.Conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel when using this product or altering cement and gravel types or batches. These tests guide the formulation of the water-reducing agent proportions.
3.While this product can be used alone, it is generally recommended to combine it for optimal efficacy. This versatile product can be creatively combined with water-reducing mother liquor to achieve outstanding results. It features set retarding capabilities, and when paired with mother liquor, it effectively minimizes concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be skillfully compounded with functional aids, enabling the formulation of admixtures with multifaceted benefits such as retarding, early strength enhancement, antifreeze properties, and improved pumping efficiency. To harness its full potential, determine the application method and conditions through comprehensive testing and advanced compounding technology.
4.This product is designed to complement a variety of admixtures, including early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. However, thorough testing is recommended before use. Caution: Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5.Achieve precision in concrete formulation by determining the cement and mix ratio through rigorous testing. When using, ensure the simultaneous addition of mixed and measured water to the concrete mixer. Conduct a pre-use mixing test to guarantee superior concretequality.
6.In cases where active admixtures like fly ash and slag are present in the concrete ratio, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total amount of cementing materials to ensure optimal performance.
