How To Use

1. This product presents as a colorless or light yellow liquid. For optimal results, employ 0-20% mother liquor in conjunction with a water-reducing mother liquor. Furthermore, blend with other minor components to formulate a water-reducing agent. Typically, the dosage for the water-reducing agent represents 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.

2. Before deploying BT-302 or modifying cement and gravel types and batches, conducting adaptability testing with the specific materials is essential. Based on the test findings, develop an optimal composition for the water-reducing agent.

3. While BT-302 can be deployed independently, it's often discouraged. It seamlessly merges with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair with functional aids to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Testing and compounding technology should guide application methods and conditions.

4. BT-302 harmoniously integrates with other admixtures, such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Conduct thorough compatibility testing prior to application. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.

5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be determined through comprehensive testing. During application, introduce the mixed and precisely measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, following mixing tests to ensure superior concrete quality.

6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
