1. This product is presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage: typically, 10%-40% of the mother liquor is combined with other materials to form a water-reducing agent. The standard dosage is 1%-3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Conduct an adaptability test with cement and gravel before usage or when changing cement and gravel type and batch. Develop the water reducing agent formulation based on test results.
3. JS-104 can be used alone or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (note: the usage of slow-release mother liquor is lower compared to JS-101B). It can also be mixed with auxiliary agents for enhanced properties such as retarding, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping. Application methods and conditions should be based on comprehensive testing and formulation technology.
4. Compatible with a variety of admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. It is crucial to conduct tests before mixing. Avoid combining with naphthalene-based water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through thorough testing. Add mixed and measured water simultaneously with this product into the concrete mixer. Always perform a mixing test beforehand to guarantee concrete quality.
6. When active admixtures like fly ash or slag are present in the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material content.
Package: Available in 220kgs/drum, 24.5 tons/Flexitank, 1000kg/IBC, or custom packaging upon request to suit your logistical needs.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse maintained at 2-35ºC. Ensure the packaging remains intact and unopened for a shelf life of one year. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and freezing conditions for optimal product integrity.
