BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
High Slump Retention Solid 50%
Product Introduction
BT-302 represents the cutting-edge of fast-releasing slump-retaining master solutions crafted from TPEG utilizing free radical polymerization. It introduces a novel sustained-release group within its synthesis process. In the alkaline environment of concrete, the slow-release group within this product's molecular design gradually liberates a dispersive function group, effectively dispersing the cement and thereby significantly inhibiting concrete slump loss. It possesses a moderate water reduction capability, yet excels in providing superior slump retention properties.Typically utilized alongside water-reducing master solutions, It finds its primary application in high-strength concrete where outstanding slump retention is paramount, and is extensively employed in pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting, as well as high-strength, high-performance concrete. It is particularly favored for commercial concrete used in high-speed railways, highways, hydro-power, and other major engineering projects.
Main Features
*This slow-release master solution outpaces conventional PCE solutions.
The release timing typically occurs post 30 minutes (variable based on material).
*Boasts exceptional slump performance, maintaining concrete slump for up to 2 hours without deterioration.
*Its moderate water reduction rate usually necessitates combination with water-reducing solutions.
*Featuring low viscosity and thixotropy, it is ideally suited for concrete with minimal water-cement ratios.

Applications
1. Perfectly suited for formulating early strength concrete, delayed-set concrete, precast and cast-in-place concrete, flow concrete, self-compacting, and mass concrete. Optimal for high-performance and clear concrete across various industrial and civil buildings, especially in premix cast-in-place settings, and highly advantageous for low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Extensively applicable in high-speed rail, nuclear power projects, water conservancy, hydro-power, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, as well as other pivotal national projects.
3. Ideal for diverse industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.
Usage Instructions
1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically use 0-30% master solution in conjunction with water-reducing solutions, blending with other minor materials to craft a water-reducing agent. The agent's dosage generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing materials' weight.
2.Prior to product utilization or changing cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests with these materials. Use the test results to guide water-reducing agent proportion formulation.
3.This product is capable of being used singly (although typically not advised for solitary use). It can be effectively combined with water-reducing master solutions to enhance performance. Set Retarding Our innovative mother liquor significantly reduces concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional aids to create specialized admixtures that offer retarder, early strength enhancement, antifreeze, and superior pumping capabilities. The application methods and conditions can be tailored through precise testing and advanced compounding technology.
4.This versatile product seamlessly integrates with a host of admixtures, including early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. It is essential to conduct thorough testing before use, and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5.Concrete cement and mix ratios should be meticulously determined through testing. When in use, the mixed and measured water should be added simultaneously with the concrete mixer. Ensure a comprehensive mixing test is conducted to guarantee the highest quality of the concretee
6.For concrete mixes containing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementing materials to ensure optimal performance.
