Guidelines for Optimal Use
- This state-of-the-art product presents as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Suggested Dosage Parameters as follows: typically , 5%-30% of the core mother liquor is blended with minor ingredients to formulate a powerful water-reducing agent.The recommended dosage for the water-reducing agent ranges from 1% to 3% of the cementitious material's total weight.
- Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel before using this product or altering cement and gravel types or batches. Adjust the water-reducing agent formulation according to test results..
- This versatile product can be used independently or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (reduce slow-release mother liquor usage compared to JS-101B); alternatively, blend with functional additives to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Tailor application methods and conditions through testing and formulation expertise.
- This product seamlessly integrates with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entrainingagents, retarders, etc., ensuring pre-use testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete Cement and mix ratios should be established via testing. During use, incorporate mixed and measured water simultaneously with the concrete mixer. Perform mixing tests to confirm concrete quality.
- Water-reducing agent quantities should be calculated based on the total cementitious material when active admixtures like fly ash and slag are included in concrete mix ratios.
