3. Suitable for a broad spectrum of industrial and civil constructions and commercial concrete mixing stations, seamlessly integrating into diverse applications.
1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, it is recommended to use 5%-30% of the mother liquor blended with additional materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The agent's dosage should be 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to using or changing cement and gravel types/batches, conduct an adaptability test with these materials. This ensures optimal formulation of the water-reducing agent proportion based on test results.
3. Use independently or in combination with slow-release mother liquor for reduced concrete slump loss (note: reduce slow-release usage compared to JS-101B); alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries for admixtures offering retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be derived from thorough testing and compounding technology.
4. Can be synergized with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, or retarders. Testing is mandated before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers to maintain integrity.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios must be test-validated. During application, water and admixtures should be introduced concurrently into the concrete mixer. Conduct preliminary mixing tests to assure concrete quality.
6. When active admixtures like fly ash or slag are present in the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material volume.
Storage: Maintain in a ventilated, dry warehouse environment at 2-35ºC. Ensure the package remains sealed, offering a shelf life of one year. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
