Recommended dosages range from 5%-30% of the mother liquor, which is blended with supplementary materials to create a water-reducing agent. Typically, the water-reducing agent is used at 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to using this product or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, it is crucial to conduct adaptability tests to tailor the proportion of the water-reducing agent, ensuring optimal results.
3. This versatile product can be utilized independently or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to effectively mitigate concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with enhanced properties such as retarding, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Application specifics should be determined through rigorous testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatible with a variety of admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders, testing prior to use is essential. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
