JS-103 High Range Water Reducing Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

PCE JS-103 is an eco-friendly, new-generation, high-performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer , characterized by a comb shape. The main chains of this advanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecularly adhere to the surfaces of cement granules. This process remarkably impedes hydration and boosts flow retention. The branched chains encircle the cement granules, providing dual benefits of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion-offering a distinction from conventional water-reducing agents. As a result, this high-performing polycarboxylic ether-based superplasticizer delivers exceptional dispersion and superior water-reducing effects.

Application Recommendation:

Can be effectively utilized alone or combined with other polycarboxylate superplasticizers for enhanced performance.
Dosage: Use 0.05% to 0.3% by weight of binding materials based on the solid content of the product. To adjust setting time, sodium gluconate is recommended if necessary.

Storage:Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Ensure packaging remains intact, unsealed, and within the one-year shelf life. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
