1. This versatile product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. For optimal results, integrate 5%-30% of mother liquor with small materials to produce an effective water-reducing agent, generally at a dosage of 1% ~ 3% relative to the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to use or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests to determine the precise formulation of the water-reducing agent based on test outcomes.
3. JS-110 can either be used independently or in tandem with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss; when compared with JS-101B, reduce the slow-release mother liquor's usage accordingly. Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with additional properties such as retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Test and refine your application method and conditions accordingly.
4. This product can be synergistically paired with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Always conduct tests prior to use and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During usage, add water alongside mixing into the concrete mixer. Conduct prior mixing tests to assure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag into concrete ratios, calculate the water-reducing agent's quantity based on the total cementitious material content.
Storage Guidelines: Store in a ventilated, dry space between 2-35ºC with intact packaging. Unopened, this product boasts a one-year shelf life. Ensure protection from direct sunlight and freezing.
