Gaoqiang has meticulously crafted a versatile polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer with exceptional slump retention and dispersibility, tailored to diverse customer requirements. This innovation draws upon the latest insights into slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, integrating advanced post-addition superplasticizer techniques and cutting-edge reactive polymer research. (1) Optimal dosage ranges from 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cementitious material. Conduct thorough testing to determine the ideal dosage, taking into account the specific characteristics of cement, aggregates, and other materials.
(2) The superplasticizer can be seamlessly dissolved in water and combined with other additives, or directly introduced into the concrete mix. For best results, we recommend adding it post-compounding.
(3) Compatible with various retarders and slump retention agents. Avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to preserve optimal performance.
