3. Ideal for all types of industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete batching plants.
1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended usage is 5%-30% of the mother liquor to blend with other minor components to formulate a water-reducing agent. The typical dosage is 1% to 3% of the total cementitious material weight.
2. Prior to use or when switching cement and gravel batches, conduct an adaptability test to establish the correct proportions of water-reducing agent based on empirical data.
3. This versatile product can be used independently or combined with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. Alternatively, mix with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with specific properties like retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or enhanced pumping. Application techniques should be finalized through testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, or retarders, subject to prior testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Optimize concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. When ready, add the solution with other measured ingredients to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct a mixing test before full-scale usage to ensure top-quality concrete.
6. For concrete mixtures containing active components like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount based on the total cementitious material volume.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse environment between 2-35ºC. Maintain packaging integrity by avoiding unsealing. The shelf life, when appropriately stored, extends up to one year. Shield from direct sunlight and prevent freezing.
