1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended dosage: Typically, 10%-40% of the mother liquor is mixed with other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. Generally, the dosage of this agent is 1% to 3% of the total weight of the cementitious materials.
2. Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel before use, or when altering cement and gravel types or batches. Based on the results, formulate the water-reducing agent proportion accordingly.
3. Usable alone or combined with slow-release mother liquor for reducing concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, less slow-release mother liquor is needed); Alternatively, blend with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping features. Testing and compounding technology should determine the application method and conditions.
4. Can be combined with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, retarders, etc., with pre-use testing advised. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-based water reducers.
5. The concrete cement and mix ratio should be test-determined. During use, mixed and measured water should be incorporated simultaneously into the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to ensure concrete quality.
6. For concrete containing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material amount.
Packaging Options: Available in 220 kgs/drum, Flexitank carrying 24.5 tons, 1000 kg/IBC, or as per request.
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse between 2-35ºC with intact packaging, unsealed, ensuring a one-year shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
