BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
High Slump Retention Solid 50%
Product Introduction
BT-302 represents the pinnacle of modern chemical engineering, a pioneering fast-releasing and slump-retaining mother liquor meticulously crafted from TPEG through the advanced technique of free radical polymerization, enriched by a novel sustained-release group. In the alkaline environment of concrete, this product's specially engineered molecular structure releases a dispersive agent gradually, facilitating continuous cement dispersion and effectively curbing concrete slump loss.It possesses a modest water reduction rate, yet it excels in delivering exceptional slump protection performance.Designed to harmonize with water-reducing mother liquors, it primarily serves high-strength concrete with demanding slump protection needs and sees widespread use in pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting and high-strength, high-performance concrete, as well as commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, and hydro-power and other substantial civil engineering projects.
Main Features
*The innovative slow-release mother liquor surpasses conventional fast-release PCE mother liquors by offering a strategic delay.
The release typically occurs post 30 minutes (subject to material-specific variations).
*Boasting superlative slump performance, it maintains concrete slump for 2 hours without degradation.
*Its low water reduction rate necessitates use in conjunction with water-reducing mother liquors for optimal performance.
*Exhibiting low viscosity and thixotropy, it is optimally suited for concrete with low water-cement ratios.

Application
1. Ideal for configuring early-strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete across diverse industrial and civil constructions, especially low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Extensively applicable to high-speed railway projects, nuclear power plants, water conservancy and hydro-power works, subways, grand bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves alongside other large-scale and pivotal national projects.
3. Suitable for all industrial and civil structures as well as commercial concrete mixing stations.
Usage Instructions
1. This product is presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, combine 0-30% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor and additional materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The typical dosage of the water-reducing agent ranges from 1% to 3% of the total cementitious materials.
2.Prior to application or when altering cement, gravel types, and batches, conduct adaptability tests to determine the optimal water-reducing agent formulation.
3.While this product can be used singularly (though not typically recommended), it can be effectively combined with water-reducing mother liquors to enhance performance. Set retarding Create a specialized mother liquor designed to effectively reduce concrete slump loss. It can be compounded with advanced functional aids to develop superior admixtures that offer enhanced retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping functionalities. The application methods and conditions should be meticulously determined through rigorous testing and innovative compounding technology.
4.This product harmonizes beautifully with other admixtures, including early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Thorough testing is recommended before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5.Concrete cement and mix ratios must be precisely determined by comprehensive testing. During use, mixed and measured water should be simultaneously added to the concrete mixer. Prior to use, conduct a thorough mixing test to ensure the optimal quality of the concrete
6.In cases where active admixtures such as fly ash and slag are present in the concrete mix, the water-reducing agent should be calculated based on the total amount of cementitious materials.
