1. This product is a colorless or pale yellow liquid. Typically, use 0-20% mother liquor in tandem with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, combine with other minor materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to BT-302 application or changes in cement and gravel type or batch, it is crucial to conduct adaptability testing. Based on test results, establish an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. Although BT-302 can be used alone, it is often not recommended. It integrates seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, amalgamate it with functional aids to develop admixtures featuring retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding methodology should guide application modes and conditions.
4. BT-302 is compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be defined by testing. During use, incorporate the measured and mixed water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, following mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
6. When introducing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, compute the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
