Application
1. Ideal for a vast array of concrete types: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. Perfect for all industrial and civil construction buildings using mixed and cast-in-place techniques, with a special advantage for low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Extensively applicable in major infrastructure projects such as high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy and hydropower developments, subways, large bridges, high-expressways, harbors, and wharves, enhancing national large-scale and key ventures.
3. Versatile for all industrial and civil construction endeavors and commercial concrete mixing operations.
4. Tailored for branch factories and adept at facilitating long-distance transportation.
HOW TO USE
- This premium product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended Dosage Outlined below: typically 5%-30% of the mother liquor is precisely blended with other small ingredients to create a potent water-reducing agent. The ideal dosage for this water-reducing agent is generally within the range of 1% to 3% of the entire weight of cementitious materials to ensure top performance.
- Prior to using this product or switching the type and batch of cement and gravel, conducting compatibility tests with the cement and gravel is vital. These tests will guide the formulation of the ideal water-reducing agent proportion.
- JS-103 can be used independently or combined with a slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (compared with JS-101B, the slow-release mother liquor requires a lower usage amount). Additionally, you can compound it with functional auxiliaries to achieve admixtures with retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping capabilities. Determine the application method and conditions through rigorous testing and formulation technology.
- This product is compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, etc., and pre-use testing is essential to validate effectiveness. It is crucial to avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers to maintain the product's integrity.
- Concrete Cement and mix ratios should be determined based on tests. When incorporating the product, mix and measure water either as an addition or simultaneously in the concrete mixer. Conducting a mixing test beforehand is essential to ensure concrete quality.
- When utilizing active admixtures like fly ash and slag in the concrete ratio, calculate the water-reducing agent amount based on the total content of cementitious materials to achieve optimal results.
