1. BT-301 presents as a light yellow or colorless liquid. For optimal results, it is recommended to mix 0-20% of BT-301 mother liquor with water-reducing agents and other components. Generally, aim for the resulting water-reducing agent to be 1% to 3% of the total cementing materials' weight.
2. Before commencing usage or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct comprehensive adaptability tests to identify the precise water-reducing agent proportions needed.
3. While BT-301 can be used independently, its true potential emerges when combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors or other functional aids to create admixtures with diverse properties such as retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Leverage thorough testing and compounding technology to establish application methods and conditions.
