1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. For optimal performance, use 0-20% mother liquor in synergy with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other complementary materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage generally accounts for 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before employing BT-302 or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, conducting adaptability testing with specific cement and gravel is crucial. Based on the test results, devise an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can stand alone, it is often not advised. It integrates flawlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to curb concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be paired with functional aids to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be guided by testing and compounding technology.
4. BT-302 harmonizes with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through prior testing. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
