Optimal Dosage Recommendations are as follows: typically , 5%-30% of mother liquor is skillfully blended with other minor materials to create a highly effective water-reducing agent..The water-reducing agent is optimally utilized at a dose ranging from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious substances..
- Prior to the use of this innovation, or when altering cement types or batches, perform an adaptability test with cement and gravel. This will determine the ideal ratio for the water-reducing agent based on testing outcomes..
- Employ this product either standalone or in concert with a slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, a reduced amount of slow-release mother liquor is required). Alternatively, combine with functional additives for admixtures possessing retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Application methods and conditions should be fine-tuned through testing and compounding expertise.
- This product is compatible with various admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entrainingagents, retarders, etc., and should be validated through testing prior to use. It is not to be mixed with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete cement and mix ratios are crucially determined by thorough testing. When implementing, the mixed and measured water must be incorporated with the concrete mixer simultaneously. A mixing test is mandatory to assure the highest quality standards of the concrete.
