HOW TO USE
- Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, ready to enhance your construction projects. Recommended Usage Typically, 5%-30% of mother liquor is blended with other additives to formulate an effective water-reducing agent.Usage of the water-reducing agent typically ranges from 1% to 3% of the total cementitious material weight.
- Prior to usage or when altering cement and gravel batches, conduct compatibility tests. Based on the results, determine the optimal water reducing agent mix proportion.
- This versatile product can stand alone or be combined with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (when compared to JS-101B, less slow-release mother liquor is needed); alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology will guide application methods and conditions.
- Coordinate with other admixtures like early strength, air-entraining, retarder agents, after proper testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-based water reducers.
- Concrete When defining cement and mix ratios, ensure precision through testing. Mixed and measured water should be integrated or simultaneously added to the concrete mixer. Pre-use mixing tests guarantee top-notch concrete quality.
- In concrete with active admixtures such as fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent quantity based on total cementitious material.
