Within the alkaline environment of concrete, the ester groups progressively hydrolyze into carboxylic acid groups which adhere to the cement particles' surface, offering an exceptional slow-release slump protection mechanism.

In the alkaline milieu of concrete, the reactive constituents in the molecular structure of JS-109 gradually liberate dispersing groups. This continuous dispersion effect perpetuates the cement's workability, effectively diminishing concrete slump loss.

2. This product can be employed singularly (although it's usually not used alone). It can be amalgamated with water-reducing or set retarding mother liquors to mitigate slump loss or combined with functional aids for admixtures offering retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping benefits.
