1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the product is recommended at a dosage level of 5%-30% when creating a water-reducing agent. Generally, mix 1%~3% with the total cementitious material weight for optimal results.
2. Before application or when modifying cement and gravel varieties or batches, conduct thorough adaptability tests. Adjust the water-reducing agent based on these test outcomes to ensure best performance.
3. Utilize independently or blend with slow-release mother liquor to curb concrete slump loss. It can also be combined with various functional additives to create admixtures featuring retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Ensure application methods are validated through rigorous testing and suitable compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with multiple admixtures, including early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Conduct compatibility testing before use. Important: Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mixture ratios through comprehensive testing. During application, incorporate measured water directly into the concrete mixer, following preliminary mixing tests to certify concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixtures incorporating active admixtures such as fly ash and slag, calculate the dosage of the water-reducing agent based on the total weight of cementitious materials, optimizing the blend for superior performance.
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated warehouse at temperatures ranging from 2-35ºC, maintaining the integrity of the packaging without unsealing. The product boasts a shelf life of up to one year, and it must be protected from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
