1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, this product is typically used in dosages ranging from 5%-30% of mother liquor when formulating a water-reducing agent. It's generally advised to utilize between 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Conduct adaptability tests prior to use or when switching cement and gravel types or batches. Establish the water-reducing agent proportion based on test outcomes to ensure optimal performance.
3. Deploy this product either as a standalone solution or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to curtail concrete slump loss. It can also be integrated with functional auxiliaries for admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Confirm application methods through comprehensive testing and strategic compounding.
4. Compatible with a wide range of admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders; however, ensure thorough testing before use. Important: Do not mix with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through rigorous testing. When in application, introduce measured water simultaneously into the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests in advance to guarantee concrete quality and integrity.
