1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended dosage typically ranges from 5%-30% of the mother liquor when creating a water-reducing agent. Generally, use 1%~3% of the total weight of cementitious materials for optimal results.
2. Before application or when modifying cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests. Adjust the water-reducing agent proportion based on test results to ensure optimal performance.
3. Utilize JS-102 independently or with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. It can be expertly compounded with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping features. Confirm application methods through rigorous testing and precise compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with a wide array of admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders; conduct tests prior to use. Important: Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through comprehensive testing. During application, add measured water into the concrete mixer. Execute mixing tests in advance to maintain supreme concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixes incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious materials for precise and efficient application.
