Introducing BT-302: a groundbreaking, ultra-efficient superplasticizer designed for superior slump retention. Developed from TPEG using advanced free radical polymerization, this innovative mother liquor features a pioneering sustained-release group within its molecular composition. When used in concrete's alkaline environment, BT-302's slow-release group methodically liberates its dispersive function, brilliantly preserving cement dispersion. This innovative feature delivers remarkable inhibition of concrete slump loss, positioning BT-302 as a leader in slump protection. While it boasts a modest water reduction rate, its slump retention capabilities are unrivaled. Typically, BT-302 is paired with water-reducing mother liquors such as JS-101B and JS-101A. Perfectly suited for high-strength concrete, it is especially beneficial for applications that demand exceptional slump protection. BT-302 shines across diverse engineering feats, including pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other prestigious construction projects.
2. Revel in unparalleled slump performance, ensuring concrete retains its slump for an extraordinary 2 hours without any degradation.
3. Despite its lower water reduction rate, combining with water-reduction-type mother liquor yields outstanding results.
4. With its low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is the ideal choice for concrete formulations featuring a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 stands as a key player in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, making it indispensable for national large-scale and critical projects.
3. Perfectly suited for a multitude of industrial and civil construction endeavors, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations. Its versatility is unmatched.
1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Typically, employ 0-20% mother liquor alongside a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, mix with other minor materials to craft a water-reducing agent. The dosage of the water-reducing agent generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before employing BT-302 or switching the type and batch of cement and gravel, adaptability testing with the specific materials is critical. Based on test results, formulate an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can be used independently, it is often not recommended. It combines seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be determined by testing and compounding technology.
4. BT-302 harmonizes remarkably well with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through thorough testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be defined through diligent testing. During use, integrate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, following mixing tests to ensure optimal concrete quality.
6. When adding active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
