1. The product is offered in a colorless or light yellow liquid form. The recommended dosage typically ranges from 5% to 30% of mother liquor when mixed to create a water-reducing agent, with a typical usage rate of 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Before application or when modifying cement and gravel types or batches, perform adaptability tests. Tailor the water-reducing agent proportion based on these test results.
3. Utilize this product independently or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to counteract concrete slump loss. It can also be blended with functional auxiliaries to produce admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Confirm application methods through testing and appropriate compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with various admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders; ensure thorough testing before use. Note: Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. For application, add the measured amount of water simultaneously in the concrete mixer. Conduct preliminary mixing tests to ensure optimal concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixes with active admixtures such as fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious materials used.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC, with intact packaging and unsealed conditions. Shelf life extends to one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
