BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
High Slump Retention with Solid Content of 50%
Product Introduction
BT-302 represents a cutting-edge innovation in fast-releasing and slump-retaining mother liquor, meticulously crafted from TPEG utilizing advanced free radical polymerization techniques. This process introduces a novel sustained-release group into the synthesis, ensuring remarkable performance. Within the alkaline environment of concrete, the unique slow-releasing groups within this product's molecular structure gradually release a dispersive-function group. This ensures continued cement dispersion, effectively inhibiting concrete slump loss.It boasts a relatively low water reduction rate, while providing exceptional slump protection performance.Typically used alongside water-reducing mother liquor, it is designed for high-strength concrete applications requiring superior slump protection. This product finds extensive use in pumping concrete, ultra-flow self-compacting, high-strength, high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power, and other significant infrastructure projects.
Main Features
*The slow-release mother liquor exhibits faster release than traditional PCE mother liquor.
The release typically occurs post-30 minutes (with variations based on specific materials).
*Exhibits outstanding slump performance, maintaining concrete slump for 2 hours without loss.
*Due to its low water reduction rate, it is generally not used independently, but rather combined with water-reducing mother liquor.
*With low viscosity and thixotropic properties, it is ideal for concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

Applications
1. Perfect for preparing early strength concrete, retarded concrete, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete. This includes all industrial and civil buildings in premix and cast-in-place concrete contexts, especially low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Ideal for high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy, hydro-power projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, wharves, and other major national infrastructure projects.
3. Suitable for all forms of industrial and civil construction, as well as commercial concrete mixing plants.
Usage Instructions
1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, use 0-30% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, supplemented by other minor materials to create a water-reducing agent. The recommended dosage of this agent is generally 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementing materials.
2.Before utilizing this product, or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, it is crucial to perform adaptability tests with these materials. Based on these tests, determine the appropriate water-reducing agent proportion.
3.This product can be used alone (although typically not recommended for standalone use). This innovative solution can harmoniously blend with water-reducing mother liquor and set retarding mother liquor to significantly minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional aids to create superior admixtures delivering multiple functionalities including retardation, early strength enhancement, antifreeze, and enhanced pumping capability. For optimum results, the application methods and conditions should be meticulously determined through precise testing and advanced compounding technology.
4.This versatile product can seamlessly integrate with other types of admixtures such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. It is essential to conduct thorough testing before use. Caution: Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5.Concrete cement and mix ratio should be expertly determined by comprehensive testing. During use, ensure that the measured water is added at the same time as the mix to the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to ensure the superior quality of the concrete
6.In cases where active admixtures such as fly ash and slag are present in the concrete mix, the calculation of the water-reducing agent should be based on the total amount of cementing materials to achieve optimal effectiveness.
