This new-age polycarboxylate superplasticizer is crafted using an advanced mother liquor, developed through our strategic partnership with leading polyether manufacturers. Enhanced by imported additives, the synthesis process features a novel catalyst and an expertly engineered control system, ensuring a scientifically optimized molecular structure.
At Gaoqiang, we understand diverse customer requirements, which is why we have meticulously designed a state-of-the-art polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer. This slump-retaining marvel not only retains slump but also showcases impressive dispersibility. Rooted in the principles of slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, our design leverages insights from post-addition superplasticizers and pioneering research on reactive polymers. By altering admixture adsorption behaviors and tailoring polymer structures, we offer a product akin to graft copolymer admixtures. However, ours feature elongated graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and strategically placed ester cross-linking points.
The ingenious design of our product incorporates long polyethylene glycol side chains, delivering exceptional steric hindrance effects that decelerate cement particle aggregation. (1) For optimal results, we recommend an experimental dosage of 0.5% - 1.0% by cementitious material weight. Tailor the dosage through testing based on cement and aggregate characteristics.
(2) The superplasticizer is versatile, dissolvable in water, and compatible with other additives. For best results, consider adding it post-compounding directly into the concrete mix.
(3) Perfectly combinable with various retarders and slump retention agents, but avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to maintain performance integrity.
