3. Adaptable for diverse industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.
1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended dosage is 10%-40% of the mother liquor mixed with other materials, achieving a water-reducing agent concentration of 1%-3% of the cementitious material's total weight.
2. Prior to application, conduct a compatibility test with cement and gravel, adjusting the water-reducing agent proportion accordingly for optimal performance.
3. Use this product solo or blend with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (note: reduce slow-release mother liquor compared to JS-101B). Alternatively, combine with functional additives for admixtures offering retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Application methods should be determined via thorough testing and compounding technology.
4. Suitable for blending with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure testing before use, and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Test to determine concrete cement and mix ratio. During use, add the mixed and measured water to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct mixing tests to assure concrete quality.
6. Incorporate active admixtures like fly ash and slag in concrete ratios. Calculate the water-reducing agent amount based on the total cementitious materials.
