PCE JS-103 is an eco-friendly, cutting-edge, high-performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer ,It features a comb-like structure. The primary chains of this advanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecule adhere to cement particle surfaces, effectively impeding hydration. This enhances flow retention capabilities while the branch chains encircle the cement particles, offering dual functionalities of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion. Unlike conventional water-reducing agents, this high-performance polycarboxylic ether-based superplasticizer delivers superior dispersion and exceptional water reduction.

Application Recommendation:

Can be used independently or in combination with other polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
Dosage: Use between 0.05% to 0.3% by weight of binding materials, based on the product's solid content. Sodium gluconate is suggested for setting-time adjustments if needed.

Package:Available in 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC, flexitank, or as per request.


Storage:Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Ensure packaging remains intact and unopened for a one-year shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
